The date to be conducted on our next elections both the president and the parliamentary

Almost over a year, a number of our political oppositions mainly from our presents parliament continuously warn the president not extend his ter4m of office when the reality is not the case and our national election commission are the true threshold as when our elections to take place whether it is for the president or the parliament as well. Every type of services has someone responsible to execute that job or serves. Our parliament sanctions our constitutional bills submitted by the government and additional makes new articles of our constitution which is found to be serving on our national interest. The president appoints his government top officials such as minsters, assistant minsters, state minsters, director generals etc. With regard to our national elections commission, it is the body that organises elections in Somaliland. Their responsibilities include deciding when the election can take place, which parties to contest for the elections, organizing the voting and announcing the results of the voting. Our national election commission simply did not announces election dates, but they discuss the actual circumstances circling Somaliland and the foremost consideration is national above any other thing.In the event our national commission realises that circumstances bearable conducting elections, they fix and announce election dates and if not, they announce future alternatives dates considering certain criteria for the delay.

Taken this reality into consideration, the question of the president or our house of elders extending the president term is rule out as this not his threshold nor our house of elders. Our opposition elements who are daily curious about when the election will be affected should our national election commission as this is the right direction responsible as when the election will take place. With regard terms of office for the president, the president term of office will expire on June 25, 2015, but the term of our parliament expired four years and three months ago, which is equivalent 1550 days. The question is which one we shall context first, the presidential which is not expired or the parliament one which  their duration to stay exceeds close to four and half years. The commonsense agreeable to every logic person is that, our parliamentary election should first take place than the presidential one.

Taken above realities into consideration, our members of  parliament who always take about, the president extending his term of office should know that charity begin at home.  As their term of office came to end 1550 days ago, don’t feel feel shame over staying office close to four and half years and taking against the president term of office which is due to second half of this year.  The delay on our national election commission (NEC) was due to our internal disputes and therefore, there is no point accuses anyone for the delay of their appointment. Finally our national election commission NEC get approved on 29 November 2014.  The vote was 69 for and none against abstained by 6 members. In view of the facts listed above, we will not be surprised in the event the president term of office is extended and date will be set for our parliamentary election to take to affect later than a couple of months in view of the above circumstances which is widely shared by the majority of the public.

Let us differentiate the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. Conscious mind is the part of your mind that is responsible for logic and reasoning. In the event asked you about the sum of one plus one it’s your conscious mind that is going to be used to make that addition. The conscious mind also controls all the actions that you do on intention while being conscious. For example, when you decide to make any voluntary action like moving your hand or leg it is done by the conscious mind. The conscious mind is also known to be the gate keeper for the mind. If someone tried to present you with a belief that doesn’t match your belief system then your conscious mind will filter that belief.

The subconscious mind is the part of your mind responsible for all of your involuntary actions.Your breathing rate and heart beats are controlled by your subconscious mind. If you started to control your breath on intention then know that your conscious mind took charge while if you were breathing without being conscious of the breathing process then know that your subconscious mind is in charge. Your subconscious mind is also the place where your beliefs and memories are stored. That’s why affirmations make no sense and can never improve your beliefs. Affirmations are done on a conscious level and are always filtered by the subconscious mind because they usually don’t match your belief system. Last, but not the least, our conscious mind must all the time determine our deeds, so that we shall never far away from logic reasoning.
