Justine Damond, 40, was shot dead by Mohammed Nur in July after she called on the police to inform her that she was shouting at the outskirts of Minneapolis’s house.
Prosecutors investigating the case of the killing of an Australian woman, said more work was needed in the case, before we make the decision to file charges against the woman askerigii shot.
Investigations related death is ongoing, and there are no charges against the accused, Mohamed Nur, so far.
The prosecutor had promised to reach a decision by the end of the year.
But on Thursday, he said the case needs more time, and should not be rushed to the search and review.
“It is important to accurately obtain, instead of immediately concludes that,” the report said Hennepin County prosecutor Mike Freeman.
His comments came after two weeks before Mr Freeman’s disappearance was announced that he had lost sufficient evidence to support Mohammed Nur, but apologized for the comments.
